At Voglio, your safety is our top priority. We are committed to creating a secure and respectful environment where all users can connect with confidence. We also provide Safety Tips & Guidelines for you to better understand how best to protect yourself and others while using our app.
Voglio was designed with safety in mind. Compared to traditional dating apps, Voglio has several unique propositions, which were specifically intended to make meeting someone new a safe, authentic, and fair experience.

No messaging – There is no user messaging capability

Fair – No curated algorithm or unfair matching schemes
Only a single verified user photo is ever revealed in Voglio, and only to other Voglio users within a specified range who meet your preferences. Block Contacts, Block Users and Block Locations are also options for added safety.
At Voglio, we don’t tolerate inappropriate content or behavior on or with use of our app and we encourage you to report any member or behavior that is inappropriate.
To report inappropriate behavior, simply select Block & Report on the ellipsis of any user photo or by contacting us directly at support@voglio.app.
For your personal safety, we strongly recommend that you always:

Voglio is committed to maintaining a positive community that is safe, trustworthy and respectable. The Voglio community is expected to be respectful—respectful of yourself, respectful of others, and respectful of safety.
We do not tolerate inappropriate content or behavior on or with use of our services. We encourage you to report any member, member content or behavior that is inappropriate, either by selecting Block & Report on the ellipsis of any user photo or by contacting us directly at support@voglio.app.
IMPORTANT: If you are in imminent physical danger, we advise you to contact your local law enforcement agency immediately!When first meeting others, be cautious when sharing personal or sensitive information, such as your home address, workplace, or financial details.
Voglio uses encryption to protect your data, but we highly encourage you to lock your phone when it’s not in use, to further protect your account.
Voglio will always send a verification code to your phone when you Sign-in if you have previously logged out of your account.
Use “Appear on Voglio”, located on your Voglio app Profile page, to easily control your visibility on the app.
All users must verify their phone number before using the app.
We use AI-powered photo verification to reduce fake accounts and catfishing.
If you suspect a fake profile, report it immediately using the in-app Block and Report link on every user photo.You can freely block and report any user engaging in harassment, inappropriate behavior, or violating our Terms of Use.
To block other users from seeing you or to block them from appearing on your Voglio app, use the Voglio in-app blocking features – Block Contacts, Block Users and Block Locations. These are located on your Voglio app Profile page.
Reports are reviewed by our moderation team, and necessary action will be taken pending review, including potential account suspension or banning.
Users with multiple reports of abusive behavior may be permanently removed from the platform.
Your proximity is used to determine your feed and matches, but Voglio never displays your exact location to other users.
Apply Block Locations to avoid being seen in specific areas, and apply Block Contacts and Block Users to avoid being seen by specific individuals.
If you feel unsafe or suspect someone is tracking you, report the user and adjust your location settings immediately.
IMPORTANT: If you are in imminent physical danger, we advise you to contact your local law enforcement agency immediately!Never send money, gift cards, or share financial details with someone you meet on Voglio.
If someone asks for money or makes financial requests, report them immediately.
Voglio will never ask for payment or credentials through text or email messages.
Always meet in a public, well-lit location for your first meeting, and subsequent meetings if you feel at all unsafe.
Inform a friend or family member about your plans, including location and time.
Arrange your own transportation rather than relying on your match.
If you ever feel uncomfortable, leave the situation and seek help if needed.

Unsolicited explicit images, contact, or abusive behavior will result in immediate action.
Users can report any violations, and our moderation team will review cases promptly.
Your personal data is processed securely and in compliance with US and GDPR and other privacy laws.
You have the right to delete your account and request data removal at any time.
Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and store your data.If you feel unsafe while using Voglio, contact local authorities, a trusted friend or emergency services.
If you experience threats or harassment outside of Voglio, contact local authorities immediately.
